Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

1st Wednesday of the month: Opens at 9:30 am

Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Public Holidays: Closed

Onsite Pathology

Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology is located within our clinic and is open to everyone — you’re welcome to use this service even if you’re not a current patient.



Open Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 12:30 pm.

After Hours Care

Our doctors are not available outside our clinic hours.

For emergencies, please call 000.

Call 13 HEALTH (13 43 25 84) to talk to a registered nurse. They'll help you get the care you need 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For urgent problems that cannot wait until our clinic hours please contact the Emergency Department at the Warwick Base Hospital, Locke St, Warwick (4660 3849), Toowoomba Base Hospital Emergency Department, Peachy St, Toowoomba (4616 6300) or the private Accident & Emergency Department, St Vincents’ Hospital, Scott St, Toowoomba (4690 4444).
