GP Services
Fees vary depending on the type and length of consultation.* Medicare rebates apply to eligible services.

Medicare Rebate: $20.05 - Level B – Standard (<20 mins)
Cost: $88 – $99
Medicare Rebate: $43.90 - Level C – Long (20–40 mins)

Nurse Practitioner
Consultations with our Nurse Practitioner are charged according to the length of the appointment. Medicare rebates apply to eligible services.

Bulk Billing
We offer bulk billing for eligible patients for select services. We bulk bill the following:
- Concession card holders
- Children under 16
- People over the age of 75
- Chronic condition management plans and reviews
- Health assessments
Non-Medicare Items
The following services are not covered by Medicare and will incur an out-of-pocket cost:
- Non-attendance – Standard appointment:

FAQs
Do you bulk bill?
Yes — we bulk bill eligible concession card holders, children under 16, people over the age of 75, and for select services including chronic condition management plans and reviews, and health assessments.
What will my out-of-pocket cost be?
Your out-of-pocket cost will depend on the type and length of your appointment, and whether you are eligible for a Medicare rebate. Our reception team can confirm the cost when you book.
Can I claim my Medicare rebate on the spot?
Yes — if you have your Medicare card and a linked bank account, we can process your rebate straight after payment.
Do you charge a fee if I miss my appointment?
Please give 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment, otherwise a fee will apply.
How can I pay?
Payment is required on the day of your appointment. We accept EFTPOS, credit card, and cash.
